¹H NMR or proton NMR can be used as an analytical method to identify Dies Alder adduct. Basically it is an organic compound containing Hydrogen atoms, So surely you will get signals for hydrogen and Carbon with different proton environment. The NMR values of initial reactant and adduct must be different. Because the NMR values of CH, CH₂- , CH₃- and benzene rings are entirely different.

You can use UV Visible spectrophotometer also, because the absorption rate of different compounds are different. Compounds will absorb UV at different wavelength, so you can confirm. You will get a plot of product formation from the reactant, more than that you can use it for kinetic study also.
