The success of an organisation largely depends on its ability to build a solid corporate structure and a positive culture where every member, irrespective of his or her position in the organisational hierarchy, is treated with fairness and equality without being subjected to any kind of bias. A positive workplace culture built on a sound corporate structure can be a great strength for any organisation as its workforce will be better motivated to take on the business challenges and aligned to the common objective of achieving the organisational goals. An organisation where diversity, both cultural or geographical, is acknowledged and appreciated, uses it as its USP (Unique Selling Proposition) resulting into a competitive advantage that cannot be matched by the competing firms.

On the other hand, a company that has bad culture where members of the organisation are involved in legally and ethically unacceptable business practices and where the systems and structures are poorly organised, is always at the risk of failure owing to its own inability to conduct an effective internal environmental analysis.

The market giants such as Amazon, P&G, Walmart, etc. credit their success to their strong corporate structure and a positive productive culture. Inspite of having presence in large number of countries, these companies utilises their diversity in their favour and use them as competitive advantage to build market trust and credibility. Therefore, the managers and the leaders of the organisations must put strong emphasis on building a solid corporate structure and a positive culture if they wish to achieve long term success in business.
