Solution

In a transfer batch of one, there are total 100 units always. So total time taken by department I is 100 x 0.5 = 50 hours

total time taken by II department =100 x 0.6 = 60 hours.

Total time taken by III department = 100 x 0.2 = 20 hours

and total time taken by IV department = 100 x 0.5 = 50 hours

so total required time as the sum of all these durtions be =50+50+60+20= 180 hours

so option C is correct answer.
