if company P do not sell elcetricty less than 1250 units ,then
cost would be 2*150 = 300 { 1250*2 =2500 >2375}

now if company P sell elcetricty less than 1250 units ,then
cost would be 196 + (2375-1650) *150/1250 = 283
P would be the least expensive company and cost would be 283
