Around 30 millions are expected to get direct benefit out of Affordable Care Act.The system of Affordable health Care act will increase additional 190 million man hours for co ordination of activities and other paper work. Shortage of trained staff is one of the major concern in this system where they haven\'t planned anything proper .Patient will he facing issues like increased waiting time, unable to manage things properly with quality of service.The stress and instability is very high for physician\'s, admin staffs etc.It actually exacerbated the work shortage issue.
