Any ideas why this isnt being recognized as a class Its cons

Any ideas why this isn\'t being recognized as a class. It\'s considered to be undefined while the processor class is recognized as a class and I\'m using the same sort of format to set up the classes. The weird thing is gpu class and harddrive class will be recognized as a class when I highlight certain items but then go back to being an undefined identifier...
