Because McDonald`s worker receive a training before they can engage to customers and they are taught how to behave on different scenarios. Usually when you go to a McDonald`s all the employee with greet you with a smile and assist you on your order, if they get an angry customer they know how to handle the situation, they will not fight the customer or argue with him.

This is an empirical evidence because you can observe this behavior all over the world on any McDonalds, the employee will act with rationality based on his training.
