Do you think the First Amendment and the right freedom of speech is absolute or do you agree with the laws that prohibit the categories of harmful speech, referenced in your textbook? Why or why not?

We do believe it is not absolute. We believe in reasonable limitations on free speach. This is in the best interest of society. Absolute freedom has many drawbacks. E. G hate speech can led to riots which can kill many people. Besides this property will be destroyed. Similar a bad journalist may spread hatred against Govt or some sections of society. Infact absolute free speach can lead to anarchy
