Share your thoughts in 250 words on the the following statement. In your opinion, what are the three most important components that should be included when writing a mission statement? Why?

The most important components should be the direction of the company, in other words where we want to be in the next 5 or 10 years from now, if we are a small store and we want to grow our size for example we should say: to have participation on all the business of the county.

The other part should be how we are going to achieve the previous goal, how are we going to make our business grow, for example: by providing the best products and excellent customer service to our valuable customers.

And the third component should be about the core values of the company, what the company believes is ethical and mention the importance of the employees as well.
