Which of the influence tactics described in this chapter(leadership) do you think is the least ethical? Explain your reasoning.

As per my opinion, Assertiveness is the least influential tactics because:

It can be used as tool of exerting pressure notionally and thus behaving strictly with followers. The result can be destructive.
Cooperation among employees may be sacrificied to get results which may not be the most ethical way of getting results
A leader must maintain a balance of assertivess with politeness. Not being able to make a balance may result in a suffocating environment for employees.
