Describe the secondary structure of tRNA
Solution
The tRNA secondary structure also called as clover leaf structure. It has 4 basepairs stems also called as arms and three non basepair loops. D anticodon and TpsiC loop. Terminal CCA is not a basepair it is duplex between 5\' segment and 3\' segment
An acceptor stem which is not loop where amino aculeus tRNA synthase adds new amino acid corresponding to the anticodon sequence of mRNA.
The hydrogen bonding will sterilised the structure.
