everey year it decreases by 12% every year

So, 1981 , Pop= 100000(1-0.12) = 100000*0.88 = 88000

1982 ; Pop = 100000*0.88(1 - 0.12) = 100000*0.88^2 = 77440

1983 ;Pop = 100000*0.88^2(1 - 0.12) = 100000*0.88^3 = 68147

and s o on....   1990 ; Pop = 100000(0.8)^10 = 27850

So, mathematical model to reprsent population:

P(n) = 100000(0.88)^n where n is no. of years since 1980
