Solution

y = 10x^2 + bx + c

vertex ( 6, 1)

x =-b/2a is vertex ; 6 = -b/2*10

b = - 120

y = 10x^2 - 120x + c

Plug ( 6, 1) : 1 = 10*36 - 120*6 + c

c = 361
