As you can see, there are a variety of industries and leaders. Research these individuals and choose two who resonate with you, either as good or poor leaders (ideally, one of each, in your opinion). Then, create an original posting that covers:

Indira Nooyi – One of the very few successful women leaders to have led huge companies with lakhs of employees and billion dollars revenues.
Jeff Bezos – Unconventional leader with determined focus on customer satisfaction while ensuring the leadership principles are imbibed by the employees.
Q3) Indira Nooyi exhibits situational leadership, which is a mix of delegating, supporting, coaching and directing behaviors. Below are few differentiators in her leadership style –

Jeff Bezos exhibits Produce or Perish leadership style as he is extremely demanding when comes to deliverables and work with sole focus on customer service.
Q5) Indira Nooyi can become a bit more aggressive in her leadership style and push for continuous innovation to launch new products and also look for potential acquisitions to increase its product portfolio.
Jeff Bezos should be more concerned for his employees by introducing work-life balance measures to increase retention while not compromising on the quality of work.
