 After the algorithm executes
 A [7,3,5]
 Count[2,0,1]    // 7 is greater than both the elements so count is 2 in 7 place, similarly for 3 (0) and 5 (1)
 S[3,5,7]
 
 b ) Assume A has [9,3,3,9,3,6] , Initailly Count [0,0,0,0,0,0] and S[]
 
 After the algorithm executes
 A [9,3,3,9,3,6]
 Count[4,0,1,5,2,3]  
 S[3,3,3,6,9,9]
 
 The algorithm is stable because it keeps the order of places if the elements are same.
 For example A[9,9]
 Output is [9,9] .. But they have not swapped position i,e relative ordering is still same.
