Solution

In my view, global organizations should appoint women as managers based on the organization’s culture, the ability of women and the requirement. And, they should not be hesitate in appointing women as managers in countries that don’t belief to have women as managers. Yes, there could be a security issue in such countries, but if there are sufficient security for women, then the company must appoint women as managers in such countries. As per me, it\'s inappropriate to follow some other culture in which the organizations don’t believe.
