Does eliminating the across the board annual salary increase seem fair?
Solution
It seems fair becaus organisation should consider performance and return on investment of that employee. If we raise the salaries with similar percent then it would be injustice with the employees who have given good revenue for the organisation. Some under performer could get undue benifit of similar salary hike percent.
Eliminating across board annual salary is not good for organisational profit as well as to keep inter company competition we should use across board annual salary.
