One of the important dilemmas which Starbucks is facing is the improper well being of the employees. The employees are facing the major issues in Starbucks that they are not getting enough space for working freely in the office environment. The management decisions of ethical cultures are not considered by the higher authority as they always reject other points of aspects in fixing any decision for the organization. The employees working hours are increasing very rapidly which is making their health condition deteriorated badly. The management felt helpless as the strategies and company policies are not being appreciated by the higher authority of Starbucks.
Another dilemma is the necessity of fair agreements of the products for its customer’s while taking decisions for the selling purpose. The company is not taking the judgmental decisions while selling their products; they have completely lost their vision in the market. Their decisions and strategic aspects are out of the rule, the management decisions are maximumly rejecting by them as the owners themselves wants to settle the business which makes their condition down. The control over the stores has become very weak and the maintenance of the product is also lagging to get its standards.
Yes, Star Bucks needs to fix its decision to make the employees and customer relation strong. It is necessary to make many implementations in policies for the betterment of organization like proper scheduling, giving space to the employees and motivating the customers to accept the product; also requires seeking for the best serving opportunity for the customers.
