Solution
a) Line drawing approach is one of the ethical problem solving technique in which we take a case and take out the positive and negative points around that problem or case.
we start by drawing a line and placing all the postive and negative points on it by creating more and more test examples around it to get the proper resolution and to limit the risk that is involved in doing such a project. But one should be honest and should have enough knowledge to identify which examples falls under which section of line. Now compare paradigms if the solution is far from what we say postive paradigm then this is not the best possible resolution and try for different alternatives so that a better choice can be made.
The problem with line drawing technique is it may lead to a false conclusion.
2) working in a team can cause problems like violating the rights of the workers especially if they are at a junior level, making them work even after office timings, taking credibility of other\'s work, biasness towards some team members giving them extra job benefits thus decreasing the motivation of the workers involved.
These issues should be addressed immediately, managers and employers should be open to discuss any issues and should have a healthy conversation.
There are ethical trainings or proper training session for all the employees to provide the basic training as to how to address and resolve ethical issues, workplace policies to address such issues and these workplace policies should be followed strictly and warnings should be given to the employees.
