Answer:
VUCA means Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity : Thus this is the organization environment in which the employee sees the scenario with conditions VUCA means Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity. Volatile means nothing remains for long time, uncertainty means nothing is certain, complexity means things are not simple and they are complex. Ambiguity means no clarity on the things. Thus such type of organizational environment makes the employees and manager to feels bad and everything looks not OK. The working environment looks very negative and employees are not happy.
SCSC means Stability, Certainty, Simplicity and Clarity: This is the organization environment in which things are stable in nature, things are certain without uncertainty, things are simple without complexity and things are clear without any ambiguity. Thus the environment is very positive and employees are happy to work.
