Imagine that a new company called Your Television (YTV) has begun to offer service in the area. Similar to TiVo and Direct TV, it allows users to record TV programs digitally to more easily capture their favorite programs.
For this assignment you will write three letters:

Dear YTV,
I am writing to complaint about the signal of my service that is not working as it was supposed to and I believe the main reason is that the tech guy installed the dish on the incorrect position pointing a large maple tree.
Now I don’t know if you are going to send someone to install it correctly or you are going to take down the tree, honestly I don’t care but you need to send someone as soon as possible to fix the problem.
Under the contract I signed your company made a commitment on the services which is not been honor.
Please understand that the only thing I want is get the services I hired.

It was brought to my attention there was a billing issue on your account and it result on us billing you double and charged you for the installation. This is a mistake on our side and I do apologize for the inconvenience.
