Solution

a)Yes. I think more cities should adopt \"pay as you throw policy,\"Because people will think when they are paying,they don\'t think about the consequences when they are getting work for free or anything for free,hence according to me this is the best policy to bring awareness among people. Statistics show it does work to reduce trash and increase recycling, but it also forces a community to make tough decisions.

b)Yes I will recycle more or compost more if my city had pay as you throw policy,it is better to recycle or compost the waste than to pay,if policy is not there we won\'t feel any responsibility and we try to dispose waste without recycling or to compost, hence initially it is good idea to bring aware ness among people.

3)In my community I observed one thing solid waste generated they are simply releasing it environment without proper disposal methods,even they are not placing the Waste in dustbins because of that the waste is disturbing by the animals there and they are dragging to the drainage near to it causing stocking of drainage water,this lead us to improve popation of mosquitoes hence many people are suffering from different fevers not only that our soil fertility also reduced without proper dispose of waste.
