Dulbecco\'s Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) for endothelial

Dextran-coated charcoal-treated growth medium (DCC) serum for cell line of urological origin

We could determine the cell lines by requirements of types of nutrients. Epidermal and endothelial do not require serum for their growth, that’s why they grow in conditioned medium. On the other hand, urological origin cell lines need to grow in serum contained medium.
