The most common risk of any project is the cost of that project every person have this risk in their mind as what if project will go beyond the stipulated cost. Cost management of project is necessary as the project posses this risk in most cases. Owner does not know what will be actual amount for the project and whether this stipulated amount can get exceed. It can hurt the finance of owner or can force owner to call off the project only because there is not much amount left to spend on this project.

Time frame:

Another major concern in project is the time frame of project, they are supposed to complete in decided time if it takes more than stipulated time it will be not much affective since the projects must be complete in time frame and result matter in case of projects. If project does not get finished in decided time period it can get costly.
