What do you think are the most important motivational needs

What do you think are the most important motivational needs for the majority of people? Do you think your needs differ from those of most people? At what level in Maslow’s hierarchy of needs are you living? Are you basically satisfied at this level? Assume you are leaving your current job to look for employment elsewhere. What will you look for that you do not have now? If you do not have a job, assume you will be looking for one soon. What are the most important factors you will seek?

Encourage and value their work is the important motivational need for majority people. Yes, i need differ from those motivation. I need special treatment for training employees before send them to work this will avoid many hurdles in future. i m living on self actualization. I will search the job that should depend on spontaneous action not on old technology of business. The most important factor i will seak that is more logical, updated business techniques, universal method etc. and my new ideas of work should b motivated at that time.
