I\'ve been having a lot of trouble with this problem.

Math 5, Fall 2017 Module 6 28 of 33 Alyssa 11415161718192021222324252. OG 30no. 27 28 Consider a triangle ABC like the one below. Suppose that C= 122°, a = 15, and b = 57, (The figure is not drawn to scale.) Solve the triangle. Carry your intermediate computations to at least four decimal places, and round your answers to the nearest tenth. If there is more than one solution, use the button labeled \"or\" Worked Example Save For Later Submit Assignment O Type here to search 1:10 PM 12/10/2017

Solution

C = 122 degree

a = 15

b = 57

Use The Law of Cosines to find side c first:

c^2 = a^2 + b^2 – 2ab*cosC = 15^2 + 57^2 – 2*15*57*cos122

c = 66.2

Then using    sinB/b = sinC/c =====> sinB = sin122*(57/66.2) ======> B = 46.9 degree

And

A = 180 – 122 – 46.9 = 11.1 degree
