1) Through Mobile and social media, removed the barrier between cultural variance, it set their organization widely in the mode of using Mobile and social media. There is no laws, legal permission, visa to speak with other country people like customers, or traders. This type of organization is structured with community relationship, if one social network arised any problem they can use other social network for their online meeting and chats. It is considered to be leaderless, while using the online tools, reduce the cost and time and increase the marketing fast mode. Advertising and promotion can easily done by business people but it covers huge people.    

Small issues such as datas and system kept under security else there is chance of hacking. If data has stolen it may create huge problem for customer, even they can file a case for litigation. What ever problem araised organization should kept the values as best never give the value for any reason, it makes bright future for a long time standing in the market to a organization.
