If you are unhappy about a service, do you complain? Why do you think managers would want this?
Solution
If I a service does not satisfy me I will surely complain about this to the manager. As I value for my money, I never want a bad service. I will complain about keeping a hope that the manager will give some alternatives to make me happy or the next customer would not suffer.
The manager always wants a feedback after giving service of their products. As they want to increase their quality in the market. If some customers complain about the service they provide and if the managers do not take any responsibilities and do not change their service, their reputation will become jeopardy. A manager never wants to make a loss so they always want feedback and try their best to manage those complaints.
