Taking about INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LIMITED, the organization is hugely centralized in the sense that it has 3 working divisons in which diffrent opertations takes place, i.e, marketing, piplines and refineries and has severl offices across the globe of the same, each of the three working unit report to the head office of the same\'s functioninf monthly ( because it is a big organization, daily sending the same will create chaos) so the level of centalization in the said organization is very high.

IOCL is a tall organization, files move from one level of employee to another upper level and finally reaching to trhe diresctor of the company from the managers.

i work with finance department as a accounts ooficer, our work includes checking offthe balance sheet made by juniours and passing off bills of the company and allowing the payment of the same. it also invloves itentification of fake bills and sealing them off for future,.

My organization is very good at intergation as it provides various programmes twice orthrice a month where the intercation among employees is encourage ( apartfrom the work) and also takes care of human needs of people from all religions and class.

My position allows mutual adjustments and so does the every other position in the organization, only the director of the company is standardized.
