A vegetarian, by definition, does not eat meat. How can a vegetarian assure s/he obtains all of the essential amino acids?
Solution
The amino acids which cannot be made in the body but have to be a part of diet are called as essential amino acids. A vegetarian cannot have all essential amino acids in their foods, hence he is advised to take the supplimentary foods along with natural three times meals. The supplimentary foods includes, cheese, mushroom, milk, eggs, roasted soyabean, cocoa powder, boiled eggs, cooked lentils, oats,beans which are cooked, green peas, wheat bran, green beans, seeds, peanuts, sweat corn, brown rice etc. They are taken daily depending on the availability of resources in that environmental conditions.
