1. Research has shown that most of us listen to about 50% of what we hear. This may explain why we have some many misunderstandings in the workplace.

Solution

It is a fact as researched have shown that human being listens to 50% of what they hear. This obviously creates misunderstanding at work places(s).

If you see, that some strategy is being devised by top management, it gets changes by the time it comes to middle management and further the execution changes again when it comes to the lower management (workers, sales person etc). And the best way to make it hear and remember is getting the things practically, reducing communication channels. Speaking to the point only on what is to be done and speaking the outcomes required.
