Set forth the rights of appeal a company has if issued a cease-and-desist order by the Federal Trade Commission.
Solution
A cease and desist order is issued by administrative judge of Federal Trade Commission when a formal proceeding before administrative judge results in finding that a law of trade has been violated. This is the initial decison of administrative law judge which may be appealed to the commission. Thus company at first has right to appeal agains the administrative trail decision to the commission.
After the final decisions issude by the commission if company wants it has right to made an appeal to a U.S court of appeal and ultimately to the U.S supreme court.
