In this specific case there is no such evidence of racism regarding the participants of the interview. As the interview was totally based on selection by the interviewers, it was totally depending on the interviews to select the participants of the interview. We cannot say about the measurements and the qualifying criteria of the specific interviewers regarding the selected candidates. As there was no rating seeds produced by the interview panel it is very hard to say or to predict the possibility of racism regarding the race of the candidate.
 It doesn\'t better if the candidate is black or white but it depends on the ability of the candidate in front of the interview ask for the selection criteria. The candidate must not have reached the criteria of selection in eyes of the interviewers which directly lead him to disqualification from the interview.
 By having a look on the times that are being provided in the case we can see that the claim made by African American man was not correct and this does not hold any kind of connection with the racism regarding selection of white men .
