although united states has instituted a series of offices and programs to improve the relationship between analysts and the collection systems on which they are dependent, the connection betwen them never ben particulary strng or responsive . the relationship has been one of the main goals of NIPT .it is also one of the stated goals of DNI clapper. so analytically driven collection is being told as an ideal state because ideal state is one in which there is analytically driven collection :that is   collectors acntet in response to analytic needs and not more independently or opportunistically. bringing collection and analysis together at a strategic level ,which will permeate the intelligence community. the training and mind-sets of analysts are important because analysts often deal with intelligence that is contradictory,both internally and when we viewed in their strong beliefs analysts are ambitious and want their issues to receive a certain degree of high level attention. intelligence process : requirements collection processing and exploitation analysis dissemination\'consumption with respect to all the following feed back so analytically driven collection is an ideal state
