As a consultant I will give following elements that should be nurtured-

Hiring- First element I would recommend is that hire only those employees who is fit in the organizational culture. The company can give them a project for a week and analyze that how does he work with the college. Is he fit for the organizational culture? This is because one poor hiring can affect the overall organizational culture. It affects the customers, sale, and other employee’s behavior as well.

Employee awareness about culture- Every employee should know about the current organizational culture and change his/her behavior as per the need.

Vision- Vision and mission statement is a fundamental of business. It shows that what company wants to achieve and how they are going to achieve. Linking the each and every employee to the mission and vision will affect the overall performance of the organization as they will be working for a single objective.

Values of Organization. Values in the organizations are core of the culture. This tells the behavior as well as guidelines and mindset to achieve the vision of the company. This is another element of an organizational culture that I will recommend in order to get a string organizational culture.
