Examples include routine requests, informative or good news announcements, replies to inquiries, messages granting claims, and just the general daily flow of email messages to coworkers or to your supervisor. We quickly come to take this type of communication for granted. What are some of the negative consequences of falling into this trap?

people perceived that all these messages are normal and regular. there is no speciality about these messages. if they receive any special news or announcement then they felt it excisement. otherwise they treats as normal and regular. by doing the similar things regularly, we may think that they are common in every where and we will be habituated for them. once if we change the work place or position, it is difficult to us change our behavior. for us, at this level, every thing may not be important. but once we reach higher position, we should observe everything keenly and with much concentration.
