The present scenario is continuously changing and in this era of globalization, Candidates need to update their knowledge there are skills and they need to cope up with present environment. Globalisation is also playing an important role in employment.

The trend that surprises or concern me the most is the unavailability of the proper human resource.

Because a number of candidates are unemployed. They want employment but the skills and the employability is not available amongst them.

3. The trend you are most curious about and/or would like to understand more - and why?

I am most curious about training part because when training is not given properly then employment is of no use. Proper training must be provided before and after employment to make employee efficient.

I feel these days work is increasing day by day unnecessarily working hours are increasing day by day, But salary or remuneration is not increased accordingly. Session with low salary is negatively impacting the work efficiency

Keeping these problems in mind I would suggest my fellow students develop their skills and capabilities and they should search better job opportunities which give them satisfaction in the long run. This is the only way by which they can survive in any organization. Merely fulfilling eligibility is not sufficient for any organization Candidates should be extraordinary
