Multipotential haematopoietic stem cell give rise to lymphoid originator and myeloid originator cells. From myeloid originator all blood cells will arise and from lymphoid originator T-cell ,B-cell & natural killer cells arise.
B-cell gives rise to two types of cells:-Plasma cell & Memory cell.
Plasma cell involved in Antibody production & Memory cell involved in keeping track of previous Antibody & Antigen.
