I would stick to my own communication style.

Prons : Sticking to my own style of approaching gives me self-confidence and lets me have an unqiue impresssion from my collegues.In case of such irritating behaviours encounter me, from the next meeting , I would directly meet my manager and explain him my ideas, so later in the meeting he will understand who is the original creator of the ideas.I hate it when people try to steal my hardwork but since its a workplace and there are certain rules to follow when you communicate with other peers and subordinates.The best solution is to aviod such situations, being clear on what you wanna communicate .Letting everyone explain their ideas thoughts and opinons.

Cons : I might look ODD as I oppose to go with the flow.It may be hard for to digest things in the begining.I cannot let others steal my ideas and hardwork and take credit for my work.This upsets me alot and may be have an effect on my working standards too. So its better I stick to my own communication style, and be clear and confident on the ideas I create and explain that only I have the copyrights to my ideas.This method can get you some cold enemies as you oppose their flow and stand out on your own.

Prons : This is the safest method to use since you the new member in the crew.You have to invisible for some time till you get a grip on the entire process.This gives you time to understand how many different personalities you need to handle at your workplace.This method can get you friends as you tend to join their flow.You have a better chance in understanding different attitudes in the workplace.

Cons : The main drawback in this method is that you have no self-identity. Your just another sheep in the herd. Your just following others styles and will ne one of them. You lack your own style and identity in the herd, this may even cause that manager might even forget your existence.
