Describe some constraints you have encountered or have researched. How can they alter a project? How do you incorporate them into your project? How can you overcome them? What surprised you the most? What are the most common constraints?

Some of the most common constrains encounters in incorporation of projects are as follows:

1. Continuous -changing Requirements of the client

Continuous-changing requirement of client can alter and divert the objective of project at different stages and cause delay. So to control this path of project should be clear from starting to finishing of project as it can compel the client to be specific with their requirements as well as will helps to take track of the project.

To overcome the confusion of client about their need at a certain stage, a schedule including the different decision point should be incorporated in project as milestones. A clear outline should be set against the numbers of adjustments that can be made

2. Slow Communication-process

Because of slow communication process with clients, it’s really difficult to proceed forward in project and will delay in project formulation and will kill lot of time.

So to overcome this researches should start moving in the direction which they think to be best and then try to verify with client with the strategy which can easily and quickly can get their response saying yes/no

3. The Client is not satisfied with what you have created

If client is not satisfied all the effort of project managers fails, and can result in unsatisfied client and demotivated project manager. This is the one of the common constrains of any project. Including technical requirement of client is not only sufficient so despite of technical requirements rational requirements of client should also be addressed.

To overcome this there should be proper and continuous communication between client and project managers focused on needs which are to be addressed. Project managers should also continuously keep focus on their strategic vision in order to matching their project with it. Project Manager should also communicates with client with schedule time interval regarding progress and direction of project to avoid distraction from its objectives and fulfill client expectations
