Is it important to you to work for a company that matches your goals and values? Why? Why would the presenter refer to you and the \"CEO\" of the brand called you? Do you agree with this assertion? Why, or why not? Do you currently manage your brand? What steps do you take to maintain a consistent and professional tone with your social media presence?

After your degree, you don\'t have any skill useful for the organization, not atleast in a form where you can say that you have certain years of experience in the said profile and that would beneficial for the organization. It is just your communication skills that can convince your contact point (seniors, batchmates or external consultants) and subsequently the organizational representatives such as HR or recruiter to consider you for the position.

Yes attitude does matter. The way you carry your attitude gives an impression to the other party if you have the caliber to do the job given some support or grooming form their end.

It is very much important that your values match with that of the organization you wish to work for because, if that is not the case you may be able to work for a shorter period but you may not be able to sustain there for a longer time. By the time you leave you may become frustrated. During you period there you may have constant battle to justify yourself how to adjust to the values of the organization

When you start managing a part of the organization or the whole of it, you represent the organization and the brands therein. Your name is , therefore, interchangeably used with the brand or vice versa. You become the face of the organization and the brands.
