My best choice of processing a high volume throw-away thin wall container is Rotational Molding process. The reason is that Rotational Molding process can be used to produce hollow thin walled parts with medium to large volumes and because the container is a throw away one, the process must be economical to have a profitable and sustainable production. Rotational Molding has the feature of lower tooling and equipment costs when compared the other plastic molding processes such as blow molding, injection molding and others. Therefore I would prefer Rotational Molding process to produce high volume throw-away thin walled open container
