We are looking to improve the quality, cost, and access of healthcare in our hospital. Do you recommend the use of non-medical industry models of production and delivery models in this kind of healthcare organization?

No,I would not recommend non medical industry models of production and delivery models because healthcare organization is one the most important and trusted ones by all people.So inorder to provide best healthcare,quality products should be used.If there is any defect in quality of product it may have severe consequences on people and may lead to death.So best medical industry models should be produced and they should be tested for quality.Cost can be higher based on high quality products produced.But only high quality products should be delivered to patients inorder to gain the trust of people.People trust and come to large medical centers for treatments so best possible treatment should be given.

Administrator is mainly responsible for all the operations within the medical center.So if anything wrong that occurs ,admin is responsible.So i would check and allow only quality products in the healthcare organization irrespective of cost.For that medical industry models of production and delivery models should be used so that they know the importance and specifications needed to produce those models and equipments needed for healthcare organization.Non medical industries may not know the accurate specification and importance of those models and this would cause major consequences to patients in that healthcare organization
