2) When I intiially read the job description for the role I felt as if it was written with me bearing in mind. I have learnt a lot from my previous organisation but since accountancy is such an important, ever changing and ever growing industry, this job is prefectly suited to enchancing my strengths and skills. Also, reputation of your company is certainly the factor as well. To sum up, this role and company is well suited to my interests, skillset and ambitions and I am very pleased to be interviewing for this opportunity.
3) Stress is very important to me. With stress I do the best possible job. There is difference between good stress and bad stress and one needs to have correct balance. I need to have good stress to stay motivated and productive. Priortising responsibilities, staying calm and composed effectively help to manage the presssure on the job,
4) At my last job, during the month of June there were high attrition and so many work deliverables like preparation of annual accounts, handling audit queries along with routine day to day activities, to be performed with scarce resources. The clients were reluctant to delay these deliverables and so we had to complete these wthin the stipulated time period. Here is how we handled these stress
a) Coching new juniors and getting the best outcome from them.
b) Stretching long hours daily and coming on weekends so that the work need not suffer.
c) Believing in ourselves, staying calm and composed, prioritising works and pre-planning and decision making.
We successfully managed the closes and even were awarded for the extraordinary efforts.
5) I see myself as a top performing employee in a well established organisation like this one. I want to see myself in supervisory role in long term prospects and earn a respectable position in this industry making my organisation proud of me.
