Many individuals in the general public are unable to perform such actions because of lack of technical knowledge. Secondly the information collected through e participation is huge and it is not easy for the authorities to take into account all the suggestions and feedback received. Therefore there is a further need to investigate that can e participation actually has any impact on improving the policy making.
