In order to solve a problem we first need to understand completely and without proper evidence we must never come to conclusions. The same goes with a leader. While managing a team a leader must never be biased. When differences occur in the team, the leader must first see what is the problem. They must gather all the information from team mates. Everyone must be given the opportunity to explain. Then the leader must analyse all the information and understand the problem and only then they must decide. This process helps in taking correct decision and helps in balancing the team and maintaining it\'s performance.
