About 11 million people or near about 7 percent of the entire U.S. work force comprise the United States non profit sector. Donors and funding sources are those who help in funding the operations. Government is an important stakeholder for nonprofit organizations. It provides the organization with benefits like tax exemptions. tax deduction, government grants and several other benefits. Community helps doing business easily and also helps in building a good reputation for organization which will promote volunteers and encourage organization for fund raising.

The result regarding fund can be measured by ‘Annual Financial Report’ and problems of Volunteers can be measured with the growth of organization and its contributions towards beneficiaries.
