Telling an associate and close friend that she\'d better pay more attention to her work responsibilities, or management will fire her. Recommending the purchase of excess equipment to use up your allocated funds before the end of the fiscal year so that your budget won\'t be cut next year.

Solution

1) Possible environmental hazard case : This is not ethical, because hazard makes environment get polluted, then it will affect human beings and threatened their life by natural diaster. So the company authorities can reduce the plant hazards due to safety.

2)Overselling the benefits case: This is ethical, company have to understand the benefits of technology, else company can\'t survive, so convince them is right one.

3)Telling an associate and close friend case: This is ethical, there is a chance for non performing workers get fired by the organization, so the advice is correct.

4)purchase of excess equipment case: It is not ethical, because excess of purchase equipment will lead to exceed this year budget.    If equipment is needed can buy, but excess purchase always waster of cost.
