The main workforce in the organisation is the employees however the manager doesnt want to lose their skilled employees due to strict behaviour of the supervisors. The manager must ensures a friendly human relations in the workplace. The Manager should aim to create a friendly working environment in which the employees should feel free to communicate with tje supervisors. The Managers must ensure the proper working of communication channels and elimate the communication barriers (such as language problem) if any.
