     Fur color in monkeys is under teh control of several genes. If all genes are normal with no mutations the fur color is brown. When a mutation occurs in the green gene (g); which functions to make red pigmeent, the fur results in a greenish color coat. When a mutation occurs in teh organge gene (o); which functions to make the blue pigment, the result is a orange color caot. When a mutation occurs in teh purple gene (p); function is to make yellow pigment, teh result is a purple coat. If a mutatino was to occur in two of the three genes teh resulting color would be red, blue or yellow because the two mutated genes would not produce there designaged pigment. A mutation in the white pigment gene would result in lost of the transporting of all pigments and the moneky would also be albino.  If a homozygous green monkey is crossed with a homozygoud purple monkey what is the phenotypic ratio of the F2 generation?
